Glenn Brizendine has spent nearly fifty years shepherding land from raw acreage to productive neighborhoods. A licensed Indiana broker since his early twenties, he guided more than $250 million in closed real-estate deals before the 2008 downturn reshaped the development landscape.
These days Glenn no longer chases large-scale projects; instead, he focuses on stewarding what he’s already built—most visibly Block 4 of The Grove at Stones Crossing, where he oversees roadway maintenance, easements, and shared-use agreements that keep the business center running smoothly.
From his home base in Florida, Glenn now divides his time between light consulting assignments, online ventures, and writing. (He recently released Echoes of Sentience and other faith-centered titles aimed at entrepreneurs and lifelong learners.)
The pace may be slower, but the principles that carried him through decades of Indiana real-estate law—clarity, resilience, and fair dealing—continue to guide every decision Bennett-Brizendine C, LLC makes.
Locals still recall the landmark residence Glenn built on Stones Crossing Road, once host to a Vice-Presidential campaign event. It stands as a reminder that even in quieter seasons, he remains committed to adding lasting value to the communities he helped shape.
“We’re not taking on every deal anymore,” Glenn says. “But for the ground entrusted to us, we’ll keep doing things the right way—one line of fine print at a time.”
